I’m just making a general guess about the amount.
It is not fun, or interesting to run a dungeon 46 times to get 1050 for a full set of gear.
If explorer runs were given as a single currency to be spent on any gear people would run the easiest dungeons to get the hardest to earn gear, however they still have to run it many times and most of the explorable runs are pretty challenging with a few that are really short.
Balance this out with shorter easier runs giving much less than the harder runs, we all know SE Explore 1 is a short run, 20+ minutes maybe. While CM Butler run is much longer and in my opinion significantly harder.
These explore runs shouldn’t be so difficult to find a party for in pick up groups, everyone wants to run 1 path all the time to take advantage of its shortness and ease when many of us want to get all 4 paths done and don’t always have 4 other people on hand to do that with.
TL DR
I think this is a good idea I hope others do too, its discouraging when I complete something difficult for the same reward as something much easier.
