I accidentally changed a member into a leader today. thankfully this guy was cool and changed himself back to member. He could’ve also just wreaked havoc and kicked everyone from the guild etc. You never know. Anyway I think it should at least give you a warning question if you change someone to leader “ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS. THIS IS IRREVERSIBLE ONLY THEY CAN REVERSE IT” something like that.

It would also be nice if the ultimate guild leader (the one who created the guild) could still demote another guild leader if needed.

Agreed, really stupid you cant demote someone even if you are the person who created the guild

One Leader to rule them all and in the darkness bind them.
