I am really enjoying the Crown Pavilion and would love to see it stay in the game permanently. Even if you want to reuse that area of Divinity’s Reach, there’s a very simple solution, since the Crown Pavilion is an instance. You could just leave it an instance and put it somewhere…maybe have it remain underground but have the ground level paved over and use Asuran technology and/or mesmer magic to light the pavilion.

It probably won’t work if they made it permanent. Currently, the reason why everyone is there is because
1. Its time-limited
2. For a semi-afk activity, income there is amazing.

Now if this thing stays there forever:
1. Loses this novelty.
2. There’s a good chance that the prices of loot there will drop until its below that of some other sources of income.

Both of which means less players in the Pavilion, and since everything in there apart from the Gauntlet is designed for huge zergs, it doesn’t work.

Xae makes some good points but it still would be nice if it stayed. This is actually the first event they have added in that I have actually enjoyed. Sometimes mindless zerg rushes like this are nice to break up the monotony.
