Do not know there was such a theme or not, but how about a table of statistics at the end of the dungeon, along with the reward ? That there has been shown the number of deaths\revives, the value of damage\healing,mostly used skills etc.? And slightly increase reward for full clearing dungeon to avoid mob skipping.Guess this should motivate the players.Whats you opinion?

Then you get more of the big heads running around demanding things of your class or build that you don’t necessarily want to do. You’ll get to many groups demanding DPS ratings and such, where unless your farming and being 100% optimal makes sense it’s not really needed since tbh PvE isn’t that hard you don’t need to min/max to do well.

All in all it just breeds conflict and that’s not the environment intended for GW2.

Conflict between a community is hardly desired in any MMO, most of the people want to get a measure of how well their new build works if at all. Of course some people will be elitist about it, but it won’t be everyone.. let the casuals play with the casuals and the people that take dungeons seriously play with others of the same mindset
