I´ve got a little suggestion about underpopulated regions in Tyrias`s world:

What do you think of giving events a bonus (experience, karma and gold), if they weren`t triggered for a while. This system would nearly look like the one used for normal PvE mobs which weren`t defeated by players for a long period of time.

The idea behind this is, that people will not just run the common events in orr but also explore the other maps aswell. Hopefully the populatione will spread a bit more around the world.

Please leave your comments and ideas about this suggestion.

I don’t think it will help so much. Mainly because people go to orr for the drops, not the xp karma or gold. (well, maybe a bit for the karma though).
For XP and gold people do dungeons and fractals.

I think they need to create some high level content in those areas, something that is fun to play, but also rewards the player with some proper level drops.

Some thought provoking quote

They need to reduce the gold flow in dungeouns, and increase it in open world.
They also need to make everything that is in fractals…in the openw orld. Fractals is one of the largest reasons maps feel so dead.
