I really like the 1h sword skills, but the auto attack animation is just horrible. The biggest problem is the timing between the kick and the lunge attack. There just isn’t enough time between the two animations. You go from falling to the ground to having some sort of problem with your leg while floating in the air.

It really shouldn’t bother me that much, but it does. I can’t use the weapon I enjoy because I don’t feel like staring at an animation that looks terrible. It almost kills the entire class for me.

COMPLETELY AGREE! I really like the animation as a sylvari so I deleted my norn warrior and remade him expecting the same smooth spin kick…WTF?

I also have to agree on this one. I can overcome the fact of how awkward the 1h sword chain can be on rangers. That i can adapt to. But the animation of my male norn ranger makes it more infuriating than it should be. That drop kick to weird “pounce” (more like: I’m falling!!!, here taste my sword) is simply too forced
