I think the matching system of PvP need redesign, the whole matching system should be running like LoL or DOTA2.
Firstly people should queue up in the heart of mist, when there were enough people, a instance was instantly be created, but not act as a “room”, the instance will be closed after one or several round(s) of sPvP.
Secondly, ranking should be introduced, people with similar ranking should be queued up together.
Finally, introduce leaving penalty, such as the leaving game will have 15 min * number of leaving in that day, cooldown penalty before joining another sPvP again.
