I have to say, I really do love the dialogue in this game. The personal story dialogue, NPC conversations around cities and much of the combat dialogue.

However I find that it becomes very irritating and ‘spammy’ when you are running a Mesmer build that uses mantra’s a lot. The fact that every single time we charge a mantra we say the associated mantra dialogue. I realise I can turn down dialogue volume to zero, but then that means I don’t hear any other dialogue in the game at all.

What I suggest is either a way to toggle off our own character’s combat dialogue or simply limit how often we say the mantra dialogue on mesmer’s. So once per cast within every 30 seconds or something. I love the dialogue, but the frequency is a bit much.

Right now I am deterred from using a build that involves charging mantra’s often, because of how repetitive the mantra dialogue is.
