Hello! My friend I have been debating this idea that we should be allowed to change the color of the Mesmer animations, so rather than pink-ish spectrum of the illusions it would be nice to allow the “guys” to change the color less girly?

IDEA: Make it possible for Mesmer’s and possibly other Professions to change the color of their animations using dye!

whenever this very specific issue with mesmer wonderful animation pop up i see a fairy die and a charr in CoF black dyed armor be born in the world.

as long as not all male toons are forced to have some mainstream boring “manly” style further customization is always welcome.

but if one day my clones instead of shatter in a flock of purple (not pink) butterflies, will disappear in a smoke of dark flame just because i am a male, i’ll know who i have to blame!

Speak for yourselves. My butterflies get replaced … I’d better have rose or cherry blossom petals. Of course, that could work for a male Sylvari …

Yea — I don’t mind keeping the butterflies — I just want to change the color to maybe perhaps green butterflies because you know there are different colored butterflies in the world besides pink they come in all kinds of exotic colors. In addition, the idea of changing the animation itself from butterflies to say Cherry Blossom’s that would be nice!

I do agree with you if my mesmer suddenly starts popping some smokey crap i know who to blame XD

but yeah i would like to customize my skills animation for any/all my characters skills ad more uniqueness cuz so far i havn’t found any cookie cutter builds but i have found some classes just all look the same fight the same and well its dull
