Meteorlogicus- Cloud footfalls that “poof” possibly with small snowflakes floating around the character’s body and an added effect to where the character glows a bit more.
I have some other ideas for other characters but I think that this scepter needs some loving! If anyone would want me to post other Legendary ideas I could add onto this forum post!
EDIT:
Possibly instead of snowflakes it could be stars or something to match or go along with the weapon idea.
