I was wondering if maybe in a future patch, you guys could shorten the leash (quite a bit) on our mini pets. These things run so far behind us that they might as well not be with us at all.

And have them teleport around even more? Just make them run at the same speed as the player at all times, or just a flat 33% increase if they’re too lazy to code it in.

I don’t know why this wasn’t put in to the game during development.

Just make them run as fast as the player, like most regular pets do. I don’t know why the decision was ever made to make them slower in the first place.

Is that the issue, they don’t run as fast as us? Today is the first time I’ve ever taken one out, so I don’t know a lot about them. I just noticed he was like 2 miles behind me and it was driving me insane.

Whatever the issue, it needs to be fixed because it’s annoying to even use them, which saddens me because they’re pretty cool.
