Add a slot in the character so we can put a Mini pet in, or at least make them auto spawn whenever we change areas. So we can walk around with them like normal pets.

Excpet in WvW, because if everyone was walking around with their minipets, they would just add more lag. Making them not spawnable in WvW, would be easier to achieve if they were in a character slot.

If we could rename or even customize it, it would be great and probably would increase mini-pets sales.

This would enhance my playing experience as well. I especially missed the chance to give my adorable frostdrake a name.

It would also be lovely to have the ‘play with’ option you get with Sylvan pups, for example.

I really like this idea, I’m constantly forgetting to summon my desired mini-pet. The invisible bags are a nice touch so they don’t end up back in the bank with crafting stuff, but having mini-pets auto-summon every time some game mechanic like teleportation causes them to vanish would be great.

Not only increase gaming experience, and put more options to players, but it would make them at least useful. Manually activating them every time you change area, is annoying, so I bet lots of players like me don’t even bother with them, the way it is now.

In Aion, you were able to give your pet a name, and there were also a few emote manuals you could purchase to interact with your pet, such as playing, feeding, etc. I REALLY miss those features.

I’ve always been a vanity pet collector in MMOs, but I really don’t like the way they’re set up in GW2, and it’s preventing me from really even using them.
