Why buy a minipet? Because they look cool, they keep your character company and it’s fun to see some little creature running along with you.

However. Whenever I’m running somewhere my minipet completely dissapears behind me and off the screen, even with the UI off I can’t see it. That is; untill I stop and it catches up to me.

I really hope that the mini’s can be brought closer to their owners so we can at least see them when playing.

That is the main reason I never use mine and won’t buy any. I move a short distance, turn around, and it is half a map away trying to catch up.

What’s funny is that when I ran full pirate runes, the parrot was always able to keep up. Eventually I figured out you could get more magic find with 5 pirate runes and 1 traveler rune. When I got a mini, I expected it to be the same deal, what with the following and not sucking. NOPE. Disappointing, and I miss my parrot, but dammit I wanted that extra 15% magic find.
