I think Mistfire Wolf skill has too short duration. It’s nice that ANet decreased the cooldown, although this wolf remains way too weak in comparision with other elite skills (especially elite summons). I know it has to be weaker than common elite skills, because it’s not free, but the duration of this skill doesn’t even convince people to upgrade their accounts (or make them regret the transaction like in my case). Common summons last for 60 seconds, so I suggest to extend the duration, and eventually increase the recharge up to 180 seconds. This skill is really beautiful so I’d like to use it not only for look, but for the practical aspect as well.

Agreed. After I bought the collectors edition, I realized digitally there was nothing special in it.

If anything mistfire wolf should be OP purposely because its a “bought spell”
Give people a reason to use it.
Other then oh I don’t have enough skill points for my alt character to buy their first elite spell, i’ll just use “this” for now.

If not buffed then maybe made a regular utility skill.

I was used to playing Guild Wars 1 where you could get an elite skill at level 1. When I bought this game, I didn’t understand about the restriction on the mistfire wolf to be unavailable till level 30. I bought the DE and have never used the mist fire wolf. You can’t use it till level 30 and by that time any other elite skill is better. I’m glad I bought the DE because of the minipet mostly. If I had bought it for the elite skill I would be regretting my purchase

If they made it a utility skill and lowered the cooldown it might be worth using.
