Currently Experience Scroll are pretty useless for most of the people who got them. e.g. I have 8 slots and 7 scrolls sitting in my bank
No, I don;t delete my alts if the last a year, even if they didn’t get played enough to get to level 20
Anyone of these ideas would make them useful to me, and possibly many others!
1: In addition to the current the behavior they could grant 1 level if the toon is over level 20.
2: A Mystic Forge recipe to transform them from their current behavior to +X level/s. Where X is RNG, or based on the other components used in the recipe, or a combination of both.
3: Not account bound, so you can sell them.
4: In addition to the current the behavior they could grant 1 skill point if the toon is over level 20.
5: Trade it to an NPC for a random booster or dye.
