When switching areas, it is pain to be swapping gathering tools so that you do not end up mining Iron with copper pick and end up with ruined chunks.

Also, many nodes are non-descriptive: I can tell that Iron node might require iron pick, but I have no idea what tool do “Frozen Herbs” require without checking out wiki.

I suggest these improvements:

“F” selection of node should be color coded:

  • Red when you have no tool equipped or when you have tool that would result in ruined items.
  • Current Yellow when you have better than required tool equipped
  • Green when you have just right tool
