As leader of a small guild , and ex-officer of a large guild , make a suggestion to see if they take into consideration.

It is necessary to increase the time limit or change the way we do guild missions .

Bounty … we’re going to start this week , killing X mobs of the 18 that are scattered all over the map , we only have 15 minutes … tactic FOLLOW BY EVERYBODY … first we locate the 18 and then we kill who we play … this is well if you have 100 members online , but if you’re 20 , it is neither practical nor joins the guild.

As missions are guild raised , in my point of view does not help the team work , quite the contrary … tense situations as the deadline is approaching , another active guild … I kill your target …

My proposal is simple … Guild missions bounty hunter , you have ( like racing ) after turn on the clan, X hours to locate the target and then as their X minutes to kill … less , the more mobs to kill, more time to locate.

Guild missions should unite the whole clan, and spread it all maps.

We will try to activate and then hunt down the NPC … I’ll tell you what happens.

The small guilds exist and with this we are leaving out .

Guild bounties need an adjustment that is for sure.

As it stands they are very difficult for small guilds and totally leave out guild members that are not yet level 80.

The training mission was a good thing. It would be ideal if there were more actual tiers in the bounty. That way small guilds or guild with sub 80 members could actual participate.

Small, medium, and Large guilds should all have a way to get the same amount of commendations.

Have 3 Tiers of rewards with a max cap of One Commendation.

Tier one – 1/3 of a commendation (can do this 3 times a week)
Tier two – 2/4 of a commendation (can do this 2 times a week)
Tier three – 1 commendation (can do this 1 time a week)

Basically have smaller guilds do their missions more times to get the same rewards. This way it would make it pointless for larger guilds to do the smaller missions when they can get more efficient results from the higher tiers.

Or even

1. Group the NPCs according to the difficulty (to track and kill).

- 6 easiest NPCs = Tier 1 NPCs
– the next 6 NPCs = Tier 2 NPCs
– the last 6 NPCs = Tier 3 NPCs

2. Limit the NPCs that need to be killed/tracked according to tier.
— Training mission
— Tier 1 = kill 1 NPC out of 6 T1 NPCs
— Tier 2 = kill 2 out of 6 T1 NPCs
—Tier 3 = kill 3 out of 12( T1 + T2 NPCs )
—Tier 4 = kill 6 out of 18 ( all )

That way smaller guilds running with anywhere from 4 or 5 to 25 members can enjoy T1 & T2 and the large 100 ~ 500 member guilds can do T3 & T4.
This also provide room to add more bounty targets for more tiers.

Since Guild Merit is different on each tier, so it should be no problem.

It just seems like there are a lot of better ways to handle guild missions, especially the bounty, that would allow guilds of all sizes to enjoy them.

First if you only have 20 why are you trying t3 bounty? You definitely don’t need 100. My god did them all the time with under 60 usually working in 3 squads.

Yes pre scouting is least pressure but we have also done t1 bounties no scouting and fished before half the time was up with only 20 people on our make up nights.

You should easily be able to do kitten may be a challenge but is possible. If you really want to do t3 which is intended to be a challenge for large groups.

I really don’t get the problem here. It’s not like t3 gives more personal commendations than the others. It just gives more merits. My guild doesn’t even do t3 anymore as we don’t need the merits anymore with everything unlocked. We generate enough just doing t1 and the other events that give commendations.

So it will take you a little longer to unlock everything. Sorry
