Alright this has a couple parts at least for me so far that I have found. One of them might be a balance issue in a small part, but I think it can still be improved.

Rooted While Keydown Doesnt Resume After Root
Problem:
Often, I am moving around, and I use some sort of skill, or get some sort of condition put on me. Thats fine. However, say Im strafing left while this happends. My finger is on the left strafe button, I use an ability/get conditioned, usually happeneds when Im rooted for a moment. When the root/ability that stopped me moving ends, my finger is still on the strafe button, however, my character will not move unless I repress the button. Now, this sounds like its not a big problem. Deal with it right? Try dealing with it over and over and over. It gets annoying and makes some situations where I need to get away fast very frustrating.

Suggestion:
Allow the game to see movement input and resume it the moment movement is available without me having to spam movement keys. Spamming keys is not a skill.

Resurrection Frustration
Problem:
When I see someone downed, I usually swoop in for the save if I think I will survive. More and more that ‘will I survive?’ has been doubtful on boss events. Not because I dont think I can dodge away, rez a bit more, dodge away, but because many times when I start a rez, and net to get the fork away quickly, my stupid character sits there continuing the rez before getting slaughtered. Its not a latency issue, she just doesn’t want to stop the rez until I start really pressing all movements keys and dodge ect, then she finally moves away. Usually this is much too late. I do not know if this is a bug or what, but I’d like to suggest that each player/NPC has a resurrection

Suggestion:
Allow freedom of movement when resurrecting. However, as soon as you move, the heal will stop. Dont make resurrection a chore especially in the places its needed most.

General Skill Self Roots
Problem:
Many skills I find Im rooting myself. This makes PvP less fun and makes it hard to chase many things down when I press the wrong button. Using the wrong attack should not be a punishment in the way it is with some skills. The cooldown itself on a waisted attack should be punishment enough on a misclick.
For example the Guardian skill Symbol of Wrath is a self root. Using it will not only stop my auto attack, but it is a small immoveable AoE that makes me very vulnerable while it does its little animation. This is completely useless for mobility fights, and I rather like greatswords so switching weapons does not fix this issues. Another example with Thief class: Pistol Whip. This is also a self root, and to make this worse it often completely misses and swings out into open space not letting me turn the attack onto my intended target.

Suggestion:
Now before telling me to L2Pnubbisquit, these examples are just two classes. Im an sure these things are happening with ALL classes and I think they all need addressing and balanced away from the sort of immovable inflexible attack to things more fluid, to let the person behind the player have more dynamic interaction and be able to correct themselves as they play instead of watch in annoyance for an animation to finish, helpless for the duration.
