Im not sure how much this has been discussed, but what would be grand is a food that boosts movement speed. Maybe not to the full 33% to be fair to people who trait into constant footspeed, but even 20% would be nice.
I play a mesmer and recently i have been trying a condition based mesmer in wvw. Without the focus or runes there is no way (except maybe getting lucky with a chaos storm) to get swiftness for land travel.
It would be fun to not have to run specific weapons/skills/traits in wvw and still move around at a decent speed. The tradeoff would obvoiusly be that you cannot use any other food so I feel it would be balanced.

Even if they did have this food people would use it to move around then quickly use a different food right before the battle started. Most food is cheap, already.
