I’m sure this must have been suggested somewhere already, but either I’m not searching for the right things, or it doesn’t exist, so here’s a little QOL addition I’d like to see.

Either a template system or an Alternate Traits tab that I can switch between Either as and when I like for a one time premium or a smaller fee for each switch.

I’m currently running around with a Mesmer as my main character. Most of the time I stroll about in PvE as a Shatter/Zerker, but when I jump into WvW and sometimes when I just want to switch it up a bit, I like to change to something with a bit more staying power and different style of play.
Along with having to run to the bank to swap out my gear, I also need to change up my traits every time I switch, and this could be a few seeing as I could go from Eventing to WvW to Dungeons and Fractals and around again, meaning I’d be holding up my group.
The cost doesn’t bother me too much, though I’m sure I grumble about it at the moment as it is on top of a time inconvenience. The time required however, does.
I’ve thought about rolling a second Mesmer just so I can trait them separately and only need to relog, but where’s the fun in that. Also, I’d like to be able to use my legendary once I’ve finally gotten it crafted.
I can’t see any balance issues, as you can’t change traits in combat anyway.

Could even make Trait tabs a Gemstore item akin to bank tabs. I’d buy at least one.

What say you? Do you like to switch it up, or have you got a few builds you like to run for specific things? Would something like this help your enjoyment?
