I am aware that a lot of players feel that a 5 man dungeon is more than enough, especially ANet’s philosophy on this matter of making sure everyone is able to experience all of the game’s content. However, since the release of gw2lfg.com getting a group has never been easier, so a 10 man group isn’t too much to ask for is it? This is intended for players who wish to have a raid like feeling to it without getting any real item advantage over others.

When ANet released Fractals of the Mist as an endgame PvE where the difficult scales up for each 3 fractals we complete, I thought of another idea. Why not make a 10 man group boss fight? Something similar to a raid, but here is the difference, it is relatively SHORT (short as in maybe 3 room dungeon; 1st room is our spawn point and chance to change our traits/skills. 2nd room is 2-3 groups of trash mobs and a mini-boss that drops some silver(3-5s maybe?). Finally the 3rd room is the main boss; not some simple boss, but something like the dragons. Remember this is now a instance and only 10 players are inside, so it will be something like Jade Maw only a more difficult boss(I want to list some mechanics, but I want to see how ANet changes the boss AI in dungeons first) and the reward would be the usually 100k EXP 5s and perhaps 30 random dungeon token reward and a chest.

The chest should be different maybe 3 random items and a T6 material so:
Item 1 – 70% blue/ 26% rare/ 2.98% exotic./ 1.01% Ascended/ 0.01% precursor
Item 2- 80% blue/ 19.5% rare/ 0.25% Exotic/ 0.25% Ascended
Item 3- 100% blue
Random 1-10 of a T6 material

Of course these bosses will have a daily reset similar to all dungeons. Also to make it to encourage players to run this as a guild make it so that if all 10 players are in the same guild then make it so the chest gives a 4th item at the rate of:
95% rare/ 3.49% exotic/ 1.50% Ascended token/ 0.01% precursor
Another build bonus would be: Addition of 50-100 Influence for the guild.
Note: the Ascended items will be a token which we can go to FoTm to trade for 1 fractal piece of our choice.

The Shatterer
Phase 1: A simple phase, perhaps something like some random attack patterns that does not do much damage and throw in a breath and fear.
Phase 2: This phase will begin with The Shatterer`s HP drops to 50%. Make the fight more complex as the dragon will randomly encase 3 players into stone. The group must free these 3 players within 30 seconds or else they will shatter dealing 12,500 damage and 7500 splash damage to everyone around them.
Phase 3: This phase will begin when the dragon’s HP drops to 20%. During this phase the dragon will slowly petrify one random party member. This condition cannot be removed and will gradually sap away a target’s HP (or Agony essentially). If the targeted member is killed then another member will be targeted. In other words, consider this phase a DPS race, however this shouldn’t occur until about 20% HP to prevent people from bringing in only Warriors and Mesmers. Also members that die from Petrify are immediately completely downed.
Special loot: The Shatterer has a 5% to drop level 78-80 Shatterer skinned exotic/ascended weapons. Exotics are Bound on Use and Ascended are Bound on Acquire.

Tequatl the Sunless
Phase 1: Tequatl will drop AoE red rings randomly in the room. If a player is in a red ring when the skill goes off then that player is hit with: 5000 damage, Weakness, Vunerability/Poison/Bleeding/Burning; these CAN be removed.
Phase 2: When Tequatl`s HP drops to about 70% this phase occurs. Tequatl will fly into the sky and Risen will spawn around the room. There will be maybe 20-30 Risen Thralls and 5 Veteran risen. The group will have 1 minute to clear this otherwise Tequatl will come down.
Phase 3: This occurs after 1 minute into phase 2. Same thing as Phase 1, but will randomly inflict Immobilize and Blind on random party members at a 15 second interval.
Phase 4: This phase will begin when Tequatl’s HP drops to 10%. Tequatl will collapse and fall down. 2 Champion Risen will spawn at the other end of the room and will slowly run towards Tequatl. The party needs kill these Risens before they reach Tequatl. For each Risen that reaches Tequatl he regains 5% of his max HP, returning the fight to phase 3.
Special loot: 5% to drop Sunless skinned weapons.

The Claw of Jormag
Phase 1: To make this fight interesting each day will have a random effect for Phase 1. Jormag will have a optional shield that the party may or may not destroy. If they choose not to destroy it then a random status will be reduced by 25% (Power/Precision/Toughness/Vitality). However; if the party choose to destroy the shield then for the reminder of the fight the party receives a 5% bonus to one of the status.
Phase 2: This phase begins when Jormag’s HP drops below 80%. Jormag will cover the room with his icy breath reducing the party’s movement by 10%. Jormaq at a 15 second interval will use his breathe to deal 3500 damage per second for members caught in its path (pretty straight forward cone). After his breathe, the party will have 7 seconds to run away from his sides and back to his front otherwise they will be hit by his wings for about 8000 damage.
Phase 3: Jormag will go into phase 3 when his health drops below 40%. The 10% movement reduction will be removed, but Jormag will now random freeze a party member. Once frozen that member is unable to perform any skills and must be freed within 15 seconds. If not, then that party member will be completely downed.
Phase 4: Jormag will enter this phase at 15% HP. Resume phase 2 mechanics but without the 10% movement reduction. Also change the pattern to: Breathe, Wing, and then Icicle Drop. The icicle drop is simple, after the wing attack Jormag will hit the top of the cavern causing icicles to drop down. Players hit by the icicles will take 9000 damage, receive a 15% movement speed reduction, bleeding, and vulnerability. The bleeding can be removed.
Special loot: Ascended level 80 versions of Jormag exotic weapons that already exists.
