My Suggestions
I agree mostly with this person. Some of my suggestions would be to add
Race Change
Re-adjust the Diminishing Returns (promote farming because its why I play MMo’s) :c
Better drop rates
Re-adjust the Magic Find
Sailing Ship Guild Halls
More Lvl 80 zones
Champion and Veteran mobs drop nothing but greens+
Race Change re-emphasized (I am willing to pay for these)
More skins for Greatswords, Axes, Swords, Maces, Warhorns, Staves, Hammers.

To add onto this list I would suggest giving the ranger the ability to wield a gun and or pistols and give the engineer the ability to use a bow. For the legendary bows everyone I know does not like them because they aren’t very aggressive and seem very childish :P, perhaps a change is in order for the legendary “Pony” Bow
I agree with some of these things expect the following:
1. race change. This would drastically change your personal story. As an alternative they could have makeovers like they did in GW1 where you could change the looks of your character or even do an extreme makeover and change the gender.
2. crafting proffessions all at once. You can always switch your crafting proffessions without losing your progress in them. It’s overwhelming to have all at the same time. They try to keep only two at a time to balance the in-game economy.
I won’t elaborate on the others…
What I do like:
-Name-change, I think I want to change one of my character’s names.
-Housing (in addition to guild halls (during earlier development of the game there was talk of actually having housing within the guild halls which would be like towns and then if you are not in a guild hall you just have a house), although I do see that it would take players out of the main game world and make the cities a bit more lifeless).
-Pirate battles, can proabaly have a better name. If it was even just the option to join a band of privateers on a moving ship and start pillaging krait cities and fighting pirates would be great. (privateers because Anet does try to keep things good guys vs. bad guys, unless they could make pirates somehow good) But overall I love the idea of sea combat on boat. Maybe even have a dynamic event where a kraken is summoned by a krait sorcerer and attacks your ship and some of the crew have to go underwater to fight it while others have to make repairs and fight the out-of-water tentacles, so that underwater-combat (which Anet put much time and effort into) isn’t overlooked.
I support these ideas, especially the character feature change options and housing. I do also love the idea of the ‘pirate battles’.
