I like how exotic armor is obtainable with karma and I think it would be great if you could obtain ascended armor when it comes with mostly karma as well. Of course it shouldn’t be too easy, so I think a good way to do it would be to combine the 6 karma temple armor pieces. (Let’s face it, we have way too much spare karma anyway.)

For the formulas, each armor piece should be for the same slot (all boots, or all gloves etc)

Balthazar armor + Lyssa armor + Whispering armor + [4th item]= unique/named exotic berserker’s stats item.

Dwayna armor+ Melandru armor + Grenth armor + [4th item]=unique/named exotic apothecary’s stats item

[new exotic1] + [new exotic 2]+[240 philosopher’s stones or 40 crystals] + [4th item]=ascended armor piece

I’m not really sure what the 4th item should be in the formulas. Maybe something like Elonian wine or ectos? I’d kind of like to avoid those since they’re just gold, but it needs something in there. I guess the if it followed the scheme of the ascended accessories it would need a vial of condensed mist essence for the final forging. It could even be obsidian shards to increase the karma requirement even more if people think 1.5mil isn’t enough for a full ascended set.

As for the stat scheme, I’m not really sure, maybe soldier’s? Maybe the stat scheme should be decided by the use of stones or crystals like back slot items. That or 4th item should be another temple piece with the stats you want on it (meaning soldier’s, rabid or magi, just like the temple armor).

Reason? People should have more options than having to spend hordes of gold to get top tier armor, just like we have options for exotics.

Anyway, feel free to leave your thoughts on this or add to the suggestion, especially for the 4th items.
