The NPC General Merchants scale items based on your level like the armor/weapon merchants. This needs to change. When I am the level 1 – 15 areas gathering mats, I want to use a copper tool, not be forced to see only higher ranked tools because my base level is higher. That then forces me to find a crafting station and buy a copper tool off the crafting trainer. Just let them sell all tiers of tool.
Next is the camera when the Tornado Elite skill is being used. You force the camera out so we can see the full graphic. It would be nice if, when the skill ends, you returned it to where the player had the camera in the first place. This is just a common courtesy to the player. Or just not move the camera at all in the first place.
