I believe that with the release of the Total Makeover Kit it should be brought along with a option to change ones name. I believe that this should accommodate the Total Make Over kit because some people change genders throughout the game and do not wish to have the previous gender name on their new characters.

+1 Name change option. I don’t want my new huge male norn to be named Jylial… Please?

The “Name Change Contract” does exist in the game as code. Its on the Auction House, but the physical item has yet to be released. My guess would be there might be a slight issue with its function in that it states it reserves the old name for a week for you to reuse.

I hope that they release it with the Winter’s Day update coming soon…

I agree we need the name change. Have in mind that they are working on their reserved name system from GW1 and so on, it will probably come but they have that to deal with first.

A name change should be included with the TOTAL make-over kit considering the gender change option.
