Guild Wars 2

This game is really one of the very few games that I enjoy their default UI. Their art of icons are great. Their combat text is great. The only thing that is killing me-

The nameplate font! It’s horrific for a modern game. All the other fonts are fine and or superior to it- item descriptions, dialogue, chat box, etc.

Is it just me or does anyone else agree?

I vaguely remember GW1 and thought maybe the font is the same as GW1 for veteran preference and nostalgia. That’s the best assumption of good intentions on the font. I may sound OCD but it’s the one interface thing killing me. It’s like Arial 10 point font, when there can be so many better and more updated fonts than a 10-15 years ago font. This seems like a simple patch and/or option for the interface to change to a few other options.

All of the commonly used fonts and the colors used for them should be user customizable.
