The Flesh Golem needs some help. It doesn’t always go after what you are targeting, sometimes there is a delay before it starts swinging. The charge attack WAY overshoots the target, often drawing aggro from other mobs. It is also an aggro machine. If there is another mob in sight (but not aggro’d) the golem will engage it immediately after your target goes down. It would be nice if there was a command to stop the Flesh Golem’s attack.

I’m a minion master necro and it’s really hard to follow him and kill his target to save his life.
