I would like to suggest a slight change to spectral grasp. Can we make it to where the ability will also target and pull to you, friendly players. I can see this being a nice little ability to save downed members who are caught in arrow cart storms. This would also be effective in dungeons to help revive downed npc’s or players that are too close to the fight.

Of course I am also seeing this as a possible troll ability by pulling around your friends. So to avoid that, is it possible to make it only work on downed friendly targets?

Though if you don’t mind the trolling I wouldn’t object to the great times I would have with this remade ability. Lol.

Necros have a sigil that allows them to revive downed players within a certain radius. Maybe make it larger or have that ability have a splash effect on downed players outside of it’s primary affect. E.g. players in the main target circle are fully revived, players in (x) radius of it get their revive bar (x%) increased, becoming less the farther away they are,

Trolls are like stray cats.
Feed them and they multiply.
Please do not feed them.

Well, as of now, there are zero abilities affect targeted party members. There are AoE effects (Shouts), bouncing effects (Ray of Judgement), effects which target the closest party member (Search and Rescue), but targeted spells were purposefully omitted because they did not want “Heal Bots”. They wanted support spells to be something you could do while still dealing damage, dodging, and paying attention to enemy movement.

I don’t think there will be any ally-targeted spells in the game, but that doesn’t stop them from implementing something similar in function to your suggestion. Just look at the Mesmer spell “Portal”.
