So I got to thinking, there seems to be a booster for just about everything. Something the most prevalent to date is diminishing returns. It doesn’t matter who you are, casual player, someone who likes to grind, or even run dungeons you’re hit with this horrible thought process implemented to bottleneck a “bot’s” cash flow.

After many complaints from my guild and talking about this when we try to do anything together it hit me.

Diminishing Return Immunity Booster. At the most, it would completely remove the DR affecting a player while it is active, or to be a little less greedy it could reduce the DR effect by 50%.

This is a serious suggestion, just seems to be a joke because Diminishing Returns that prevent you from playing a game the way you want through legitimate means is a joke.

However, what would stop botters to buy these boosters and get past some of the diminishing returns? They could just invest a few gold and get it back fairly easy.

They would be buying boosters from the gem store, therefore funding Arena net to bring out new content… and… pay for extra security to ban the bots! It’s quite smart if you think about it.

They have already banned a lot of bots though. I don’t know about you but the last time I saw a bot was three days ago and that day I only saw one bot. And they have said that reports have gone from 2000/h all the way down to 20.
So I would much rather see diminishing returns removed completely
