New Character Tutorial Skip.
If you are making pvp character, you can join at start your friends game without running tutorial again. Theoreticly you can go to LA from PvP.
You can abuse this thing so no changes should be made in my opinion.
There is a guild in land always at war.

They are afraid of their wrath so just call them DeX. But the real name is Dexterity Overload.
