Weapons: Torch, Pistol, Dagger, Shortbow
New Weapon: Whip(!)
Primarily a mid ranged support style class.
Utilities that would involve shouts, speed boons, and AoE targeted crowd control. (among other things that i cant think of)
I cant quite think of a particular special ability for it yet, though. (like the warriors burst, or the thief’s incentive)
