Edit: By collectible, I am assuming you mean stackable.

I think they forgot to make spaces in the chest for these. Don’t think that it will stay that way..

No. I mean collectible as in the ability to put them in the collectibles tab

Supposedly this is the plan. For some reason they didn’t/couldn’t do it in the lost shores patch but I believe t hey did say it’s in the works.
