So, to combat the issue/problem of people laying dead in WvW and potentially passing on information to others as to when it’s safe to attack again, I would propose making an item you can purchase in the gem store as a consumable:

The Blanket of the Dead: This item covers the body of the recently deceased to shroud them from the activities of the living.

This would, in essence, simply put a sheet over a corpse which would render their view as a simple ghostly white screen with occasional shadows.

If it was cheap enough to purchase, I’m sure many WvW guilds would buy them.

Or just force people that fully die to respawn at the closest uncontested waypoint.

There’s no way I would ever pay gems for that when something to that effect should already be doable normally.
Burn them!

The item itself is fine, but gems? No. Just put it on a WvW vendor.

Actually, yeah. That would be much more appropriate to purchase with coin at a vendor or WvW badges.
