So I noticed that with the arrival of Heroic Edition, a couple items were added to the ingame rewards. The suit of either Profane, Krytan, or Primeval armor, along with a Mithril Box (18 slot).

I bought Digital Deluxe Edition at launch, and only received the rewards that were available back then. I noticed that these two items will also be given to those who purchase DDE right now, not just the Standard Heroic Edition.

So, will all the old players who already spent the extra money on that edition get these rewards too? I was almost going to buy one of those three sets of armor on the Market, but I feel like I’d be getting cheated, since now if someone buys DDE, they get the armor skin for free.

So, thoughts? Can those who already bought DDE or Collector’s get the armor and Mithril Box mailed to them? I think that would be great, personally.

1. Did you get what you paid for when you bought the edition that you did?
2. Did the edition you purchased state that you would receive bonus items offered in future editions?
If you answered “yes” and then “no” I think you should know what the answer to your question is.

The new items are to entice new buyers. Why should a company give old buyers these items? You already bought their product and they have your money.

Companies commonly give new buyers sweet deals. There isn’t the profit in giving these deals to old buyers.
