I think they’ll build it under construction, and then it will be completed once Wintersday starts and then we’ll have Wintersday decorations on it.

Nah. Just put a crew with people of all races rebuilding it for 15 days, then make it look like before. Maybe a bit more shiny, so it looks new.

You get no support from me, as the evil Quaggan scourge should be wiped from the game. :<
