Hello, I think what we need to have more in game are more rewards and there are two cool ways that this game could explore:

1. New spell animations. It would work the same as it’s common spell, however with a cooler animation; Make it so that only those that actually complete a hard chain of dungeons or obtain a certain amount of badges on w3.

2. Another reward, but this could affect game play, would be through “mastery”. Those masteries are improvements that could be added to certain weapon skills adding to it an extra effect.

For example, in order to get a “Mastery” , a player would have to embark in a journey, not through endless material gethering, but through acts of recognition of skills (Complete 12 explorer path, for example).
Or complete some really hard new instance (no one shots, just coordination).

That mastery would change how a certain weapon skill works, for example, guardian shield #5 would not only knockback but would also makes the guardian block all phisical attacks while channeling it.

I hope I can get some feed back on this one.
