Yes, I really like that idea. I dont use Necro very much but I think if this were around it would be a great addition.

Warrior:

How should it work in GW2:
Stance:
If any allies get into downed state or die, while this stance is active, the warrior will receive per allies stacks of fury, might and regeneration and if he kills enemies while those buffs are active, he will revive that way killed allies.
If you activate this stance, while no ally is in that condition, allies in your near will receive heals based on 10% of the warriors maximum health + the effects from the warriors healing power.
Guardian

How should it work in GW2?
Passive Effect: While being in the near of an guardian, the mximum HP of allies gets increased by 15% of the maximum health of the guardian.
Active Effect: While the skill is active and reloads, allies will get healed by 10% of the damage of what the guardian is dealing to enemies, whenever he damages an enemy.

You cannot be dazed, feared, petrified or stunned for the next 1 channeled (2 with trait) skill (s), while you are casting them.
Ranger

How should it work in GW2?
Instantly revives downed pets and gives them regeneration, protection and retaliation for 10 seconds. While the pet is not in downed state, the skills passive effect will lead to heals of 5% of the damage the ranger deals, if the ranger deals critical hits
Mesmer

How should it work in GW2:
Copies from the targeted enemy a randomous utility skill with arcane mimicry, so that the mesmer can use the copied skill for once.
The copied skill however won’t be same as powerful, like the original.
Necromancer

How should it work in GW2?:
Increases for every summoned minion your maximum health by 2,5% as long as they are alive and deals randomous conditions to enemies if they attack them with a chance of 5% for fear.
Thief

Increases for the next 3 (5 if traited) attacks(not just only hits) your critical hit rate by 10% and your critical damage by 20%
Engineer

Disruptor Tower
The engineer creates a Disruptor Tower. Its attacks will cause dazes if they hit critical.
If the hit not critical, then they will remove 1 boon from the enemy.
That would be my suggestions for now
