New skills based on orders
I agree. Like I think OoW members should be able to have a few stealth abilities. However maybe not to the degree that Thieves have, beacuse that would be degrading to them.
Vigil, maybe some kind of a skill that gives buffs? or maybe something that gives a temporary stat boost?
Priory. Cant think of anything. perhaps a summon companion skill? maybe a small flock of flying books?
I agree, maybe just a 10 point elite?
Racial skills are already disabled in PVP, so there wouldn’t be any balancing issue.
Might even be a simple way of introducing a more dungeon friendly element to some classes. Perhaps purely group buff effects?
BUT, I already regret some chrs joining vigil and whispers because the Priory weapons are so much cooler. It would kinda suck to find out one of my characters was locked out of a skill that would have benefited a build.
OoW: Summon an Apple Cart illusion that takes your place in battle. you gain stability and immunity, but can take no actions until someone tries to buy an apple or offers you a drink.
Priory: Unleash an energy wave that pulses every second for 10 seconds. it does little damage, provides random boons and buffs, but it looks really showy and it will force enemies to talk about how cool it looked until the end of combat.
Vigil: Shout to affect all allies with 3 random boons (but its always just might, fury and swiftness) You can no longer move, but all enemies will now be forced to rush you right away.
OoW: Disguise yourself as selected enemy, works like a weapon kit.
You gain weapon skills of the enemy excluding anything considered “powerful”
