No MF Celestial too hard to get for no reward

I would also like to know whats up with that.
Like, are they going to adjust the stats to make up for the loss of MF? Does Celestial gear just straight up LOSE A STAT?
So, people were actually only getting the Celestial gear for the Magic Find? Seriously?
Lets wait until we know what they are planning to do with the replacement shall we?
Keep in mind that for all we know the removal of MF on gear won’t happen until December, so there is plenty of time.

Sure, why not? Magic Find is (at the moment) a definitively good use for the stat spread, and it’s not like quartz has any other use right now. Given that the charged quartz replaces the fine materials in the recipes, it’s actually pretty downright cheap to make.
Let’s release new Celestial gear that makes the best in-slot magic find set without actually being that good for too many builds.
Your logic is flawed. Celestial isn’t a “best in slot” magic find set because their are other magic find sets that offer higher stats. If you happen to be looking for more raw DPS, for example, Celestial is useless.
On the other hand Celestial is the prefect set for me, and I plan to go all-in with it (full armor, trinkets, and weapons), yet have no interest in magic find what-so-ever and am looking forward to seeing what they replace it with.
My point; a given armor being “best in slot” is entirely subjective and based around your own needs.
