No RP servers? That's pretty pathetic.
Pathetic is a strong word and it’s very rude. Don’t be mean, no one deserves that

Well Mr. Bad Attitude, good luck getting anyone to listen to you now. And for clarification, you can’t: feel free to try to curse on the forums and be met with kittens.
If you want to RP, find a group and RP. Don’t be rude.
We are sworn together by our blood…
Hey, didn’t you know that Piken Square [EU] and Tarnished Coast [NA] where the unofficial RP-servers? It doesn’t matter if there aren’t any official ones, when all roleplayers gather on these two.
Try visiting http://www.guildwars2roleplayers.com for more info.
Hope to see you in-game and in-character!
ANet had stated that they had no interest in setting up an official roleplay server because of the amount of resources and moderation that would be required to to run it. There was a post from someone who worked for ANet who stated this, but I can’t find it to link it. They also said they feel roleplaying could be something that can be set up by the community, and doesn’t require an official server for it.
Anyway, as stoffer stated, Piken Square [EU] and Tarnished Coast [NA] are the unofficial roleplay servers. If you are interested in finding other groups of people I’ve spotted forums and other webpages dedicated to roleplaying in Guild Wars 2. Search some for yourself and hopefully you’ll find what you’re looking for.
I’m on Piken Square and in my world exploration I bump into a fair bit of RP chat. The most seem to be in Divinity’s Reach and the human settlements in Kryta. I don’t like to get involved, but from what I’ve seen it’s pretty hardcore, especially in the pubs.

When you RP does your character have a massive sense of entitlement and bad attitude as well?
Lets Roleplay , “Walks to Centaur Camp, /me Starts to rai- Dead.” Yea, Good luck…
Stupid Idea.
I would love there to be actual RP servers. They’d leave TC and I could turn chat back on. =/
Have a read of what roleplaying servers need to be done well.
As someone who is active in table top roleplaying, I’m used to having a lot of freedom when I roleplay. Which means most MMOs are simply far too restrictive in their mechanics for roleplay there to ever satisfy me. The only one I’ve seen that comes close is Eve Online.
Other sandbox MMOs might also offer that much freedom, I just haven’t looked at many of them. Thing is, most MMOs use the theme park content model.

I’d hate to see how you would be on a subscription game.

The Centaur’s are just playing their role perfectly: They hate humans and human allies, so are trying to exterminate them. You got to close.
Why should they wait for you to finish talking ?
No.
What is pathetic is having servers with different rulesets, like ‘PK servers’ or “start at level 80” servers, or RP servers, that take more resources to balance and do not give much in return.
It spreads and divides the playerbase. And since the people who take roleplaying seriously is negligible compared to those who RP casually or do not RP at all, they’ll be effectively making a separate new game that requires way more resources for a few people who do not pay more than other players, which would be quite stupid.
All you need to RP is other players who RP, a chat a setting and some imagination, and we already have that.
Personally, I dislike RP in online videogames because people always go beyond the boundaries of the setting and make up stuff that do not fit the world or the characters at all, since there’s no master telling them otherwise.
