No Siege Weaponry in the Jump Puzzles
I agree with this, having been on the recieving end tenfold more times than I have decided to be a jerk and participate in it. Also seige in the darkroom and at the top of the arena is pretty annoying as well.
I agree as well. WvW battle equipment is obviously important in WvW :P but it shouldn’t interfere with the other things possible in the zone.

the wvw eb jumping puzzle chest rewards siege weapons blue prints.
to deprive enemies of that is legit yes?
i think its more of an ethical issue and if its too cheap.
anything you can do to the enemy is a valid “tactic”
if it results in enemy getting killed and you taking less damage.

The people who put siege in the jumping puzzles are depriving their team of much-needed siege support and themselves as a foot soldier. It is pitiful and wasteful.
Sun Tsu would observe that obtaining the high ground of a battlefield is a legitimate tactic.
Granted, if the use of siege weapons hampers the completion of jump quests, maybe their field of fire should be modified or timed in such a manner that small gaps open up that well timed maneuvers would allow folks to make the trek.
Feed them and they multiply.
Please do not feed them.
Siege in the jump challenge is stupid as hell.
It’s a valid tactic to deprive the enemy of siege. If we sacrifice 5 pieces of siege to hold the puzzle for an hour, we can deprive your team of picking up ANY free siege blueprints, AND we can accumulate 200-300 pieces of siege for our team through rotations. We’re taking 105 players per hour (approximately 1.5 on average each minute) off the battlefield, but are able to deploy siege without concern for cost.
Valid tactic. There are counters. Get up earlier. You wouldn’t be complaining if you were countering or holding the ground yourself.
