I know racial skill arefun more than useful but i think (and not only me) that norn elite skill are more useless than other racial elite skill with the only exception of snow leopard form.
I have seen human to use blathazar hounds or reaper of grenth in pvp and dungeon, asura with golem and charr with warband but never see norn in animal form.
So please devs revisit thi elite skill !

Yeah. The other Norn elite animal transformations need to be brought to par with Leapard. They won’t become so useful as to be more advantageous than other Racial elites, but they will at least become more than a faint twinge of character-creation regret.

The norn animal forms are not “bad” per se, the problem is the HUGE cooldowns on them, which makes them completely useless on the field.

Reduce the CD (at least 50% of actual duration), and the skills will be used in game.

But I’m sure ANet are monitoring this and see that almost nobody uses those animal forms.
