I feel it highly probable that you are working on the obsidian armor (no sources) since in GW1 it needed Obsidian Shards and Globs of Ectoplasms, that are also available here. I suspect those changes with the karma potions are not ‘just because’. =)

By adding the Obsidian armor set with similar ingredients would restore the value of karma and ecto. /also it could be the first set of ascended armor… maybe?/

IF you are working on it, PLEASE, forget about skirts as heavy armors!

Ascended armor is incoming. It will be the Obsidian armor of GW2.

Yeah that would be cool if it was even called Obsidian armor and was created similar to GW1 Obby armor. Lots of shards, lots of ecto, lots of cash. [and other materials]

Exactly. Obsidian Armors will return when we can craft ASCENDED quality gear.
However, I’ve expected to use Mistyc Forge before.

I used to love warrior obsidian helmet, but the rest could get some… renovation.
IMO its the elementalist armor that should be copy-pasted into GW2
