As we all know you can buy Obsidian shards with karma but only from Straits of devastation when you have captured Temple of Baltazar. Problem is that because of the living world events no one does it anymore. I know there are alternative ways to buy them but in my case i have already farmed enough karma to buy enough. In my opinion it was good back in the start of the game but it just wont work anymore. Now i have to look for servers where it is captured (not so easy by the way). I think there should be at least 1 vendor in Lion Arch to sell these. Also i have noticed that you really don’t do nothing with karma anymore. I feel like Karma has been forgotten, so to speak useless. Perhaps there should be more items/consumables etc. which you could buy with karma and now im speaking about a little bit higher karma prices.

I strongly agree. I’ve now enough karma to buy all the obsidian that I need but the problem is that Straits of devastation is now a completely desolated place due to living world events.

Agreed. Living world has consumed the game to the point where important aspects are impossible to get. Farm-ville should be the new name to GW2
