please make one of those vendors in Garrison to sell Obsidian Shards for Badges of Honor.

So that WvW players dont need to delete Bloodstone dust and empyreals but can craft bricks.

Or simply get them @Balthazar.

Doing this would be removing the last reason do to that annoying event.

Maybe offer them for 5x the normal price outside of that event. Otherwise no thanks.
