Guild Wars 2

Hey fellow guild wars players. I just thought about this randomly while trying to remember what I have my thief set to (I am at work at the moment so I can’t play the game to check lol). What I think would be a nice little feature for the website is an armory that you can check for your players when you are going through your account settings. That way if I want to show my friends what I have equipped for skills, traits, and equipment on my main character I would not have to go in the game to show them. The reason why I did not say “armory where you can inspect everyone’s armor” is because I know there are some people that does not want others to see what they have. This would just be for the player to check their own character’s armory in their account settings when they are browsing the web away from their computer.

I agree with this completely. It would definitely be fantastic to have a resource that we can view character/account/guild information when we are not able to see due to restrictions such as work.

I can’t see them not implementing this. Give them a few more months to settle in.

It would be a great feature. Perhaps even a public page, but you have to mark on your account-page if your character is to be publicly viewable or not.

And I want this feature for the same reason you do, I’m at work and was hoping to be able to view what my characters are wearing in order to do some theory-crafting. But I want to be able to view others as well, as my sis and some friends need a little tuning of their characters too.

Something into the direction of the hall of monuments but with character and account stats of GW2 giving an extra option for “Public, Server only, Guild only, Friends only, Private (only access through URL)”. That’d be awesome. You could then also show everything as you can choose which one it should be.
