Option to Remove Game Messages from Chat
In what way are you abusing the game so hard that it spams your entire chat with error messages?
Spamming F to grab all the loot in an area so it won’t interfere with ressing players who die in the area :p When my bags are full and I don’t notice it, it fills up the chat window 2 times over haha.
So, it’s the games fault?
Would you prefer that it didn’t tell you your bags are full so that you stop getting loot until you finally notice at the end of the day?
Sounds like a plan. Tell me how it works out for you if they do what you ask.
You realize you can have multiple windows, right?
I have a general window where I keep everything together, then I have a Combat window, guild, whispers, and party chat. This lets me keep all my interactions and communications separate in case I need to focus on something in particular when something is happening.
In THOSE windows, I have everything disabled but their respective chats, but it will still get clogged with error messages.
I want to keep the error messages in certain windows, and disable them in others. Is that clear now? I would appreciate if you kept your snarkiness out of your post because you didn’t understand something so simple as an option to do something. I’m not asking for it to be disabled entirely, sheesh.
@Justdeifyme, it’s not really a fault, I don’t think, as they want to make sure error messages can be seen, but an option to disable them in certain windows is nice and useful in a few situations. Frankly I’d consider “Your inventory is full” to be a game message more than an error message, though.

Here are some other solutions:
1. Increase the Size of your Inventory
2. Always deposit your collectibles
3. Don’t spam F (There is AoE Loot now anyways)
4. Make the Chat window bigger
Workarounds for a design flaw still seems iffy. Regarding your 4 points though,
1+2: Yes, but dungeons have a lot of loot. They fill up quickly sometimes. I carry salvage kits with me too, to get rid of the blues and whites, and deposit the collectibles.
3. Spamming F happens if a party member dies on top of a corpse with loot, and my bags are full. You hit F and if the loot takes precedence, the window will open and error message will come out. At that point I have pressed F a couple times to try to get the res off before the downed player dies, and I’ll get the error message a couple times before I can get the right action.
4. Bigger chat window doesn’t affect lines of chat history, which is where the problem comes in, unfortunately.
