I don’t know for other servers but for those who are not very active 24/7 (read : low population during work/school days and nights), doing the level 70+ zones where there is no RH and are mostly full of DE, it’s not rare that all those events happens at the same time because there is no one or not enough people to do them.

This results in situations where it’s vert difficult to move accross the land. For example, in Malchor’s Leap there is actually 7 waypoints out of 13 that are contested, most of them close enough so that a whole region of the map is unattainable by waypoints. Which means when we die, the walk back is depressingly long and difficult.

So my suggestion is that players in those zones can benefit from an equivalent of the WvW bonus when we are outnumbered, so we can still do those DE with reduced numbers.

this so pisses me off to a point a stop playing, I too am on durring the day. i can wait w an hour come back and guess what? ,they still contested. how about lowering there cooldown to go back to uncontested. same with the event boss’s that like to haunt POI sites for hours on end because there is not enough folks around to kill it.

I’ll support that. Let’s take for example: i’m on Henge of Denravi which really has no issue with population. Even still… sometimes when we go to the point in straights of devestation where you face the priest of Balthazar; there are some times of day we find it next to impossible to get the number of people we need to complete that event.

though when it’s over, many leave the zone and don’t help retake contested waypoints. I’ve actually in order to get them just speed ran through the zone. I’d get killed, but i’d get it. It was a lot of dying to get all the poi’s in the SoD for this reason.

my point being: if we on denravi run into this issue being a well populated server. I’m sure people on LESSER or low pop servers have it even worse!

Yeah I can’t even get through Straights of Devastation at all. I get mobbed every few steps. Really frustrating.
