Our Guild Member account was hacked and all gold from Guild Stash was stolen. This is very bad and all Guild Members Hard Work was gone. Everyone is upset and unhappy. And disappointed. There goes our Commanders Compedium.

PIN is Absolytely needed to Guild Stash (!)

There should be a Help system with players who have account hacked. My friend have played nearly 500 hours and has a lot of things. Gold and everything was stolen and mailed to unknown person.

There should be absolutely tracking system in Mail, so you can see where Mail have been sent, So You can report this to Anet and get trefunds. Also Anet can track robber.

This PIN code and tracking system is very important thing.

What happens if you forget the PIN? Ask A-net for a restore? I guess not a valid idea.

I support the “sent mail” tracking in mail due to various reasons, not only the one you mentioned.
