PVE cond and 1 shot balance
i dont quite understand what you’re suggesting…
however; bleeding has longer duration than burning and stacks intensity; making it a viable alternative to burning for pure damage
poison is more of a utility DoT imo; 33% heal reduction is very nice
and all classes do the same amount of condition damage (if they have the same condtion damage stat – the formulas are fixed across all professions)
only profession that can use bleeding/poison well is necromancers? obviously you havent played a sword warr, scepter ele or SB ranger… all can get 10+ stacks of bleeding easily

If you tried making a real comparisson Burning isn’t that great. 8 stacks of bleeding at 0 condition damage equal burning and the higher your condition damage, the less stacks you need, at 850 Condition Damage and above you only need 6 stacks of bleeding to equal Burning damage. 6 stacks for lots of profs are VERY EASY to maintain on a target. Also, burning is inferior in dungeons because bleeding stacks up to 25 times for more than triple the damage of burning at 0 condition damage…

Poison is already a powerful condition with the heal reduction, some more mobs (bosses) that use healing would make it even more important.

I don’t understand your suggestion as well. I think you may be missing a few sentences.
I would like to request that in the interest of balancing all professions every profession be given the ability to 1 shot enemies with a cooldown similar to the cooldowns given to the Warrior and Thief professions.
I would also like to request that all condition damage abilities (that are not burning) (only poison and bleeding) that do direct condition damage as a main ability (like the engineer’s fumigate, or the ranger short bow poison bolts, or the condition abilities of mesmers that do bleeding or poison) This would balance out the damage output of all classes because right now, the only viable condition damage is burning (on any other class poison and bleeding seems to do hardly any damage and the damage it does, and often has different damage ratios per class, weird since i thought bleeding was bleeding was bleeding and the same for poison surely all of the professions know by now which poisons work the best against enemies). (I Just find it odd that the only profession that can use bleeding or poison well is necromancers)

The game isnt a proper MMO anyway with the shallow skill system and redundancy in grouping as well as poorly fleshed out content that doesn’t promote social, engaging, skill-focused team play. Might as well give all classes a 1HKO move and make this more like the Action / Adventure Single-Player Console game it’s trying to be.

This comes across as if someone is hurt that they don’t force grouping enough.
Condition damage is ineffective because everyone has condition removal…. I don’t think conditions should be so easily removed… it borders on the ridiculous. Nothing like cracking out 10 stacks of bleed on someone only to have it removed and them heal up to full, while burst DPS builds suffer no such qualms.
